What Ironscope is
Ironscope is an early-stage decision-support service for buying used machinery. You send a listing; we review it by hand and send back an analysis. Depending on the listing, it may include comparable evidence, an estimated resale range, estimates of acquisition, transport, holding and selling costs, a calculated maximum purchase price, condition and listing risk flags, and a BUY / WATCH / PASS recommendation.
What it isn't
An analysis is not a physical inspection, a certified valuation, or legal, tax or financial advice. It is not a guarantee of resale value, of machine condition or of profit.
How to read the numbers
The numbers depend on the information available in the listing, market evidence at the time, estimated costs, stated assumptions, condition information, and your transport and tax circumstances. Any of these can be incomplete or change. Each analysis shows its assumptions and a confidence rating so you can check them. You remain responsible for your final bid or purchase decision.
The free pilot
Your first requested analysis is free. No card is collected and there is no automatic subscription. We aim to deliver within 24 hours; if an auction closes sooner, we'll tell you whether we can deliver before it.
Future pricing
The site shows a planned founding plan for research purposes. We are not taking payments. No paid plan begins unless both parties explicitly agree to it later.
Listing material
Listing photos and data belong to their sellers and platforms. You may use the analysis we send you for your own buying decisions.
